How people agree to our texts

Madhuram Decors LLC (doing business as Madhuram Decors & Events, www.madhuramdecors.com) sends booking and scheduling texts from (844) 415-7550 only to people who have agreed to receive them. There is no public sign-up list and we never send marketing.

Clients

When a client books an event decoration with us (in person, by phone or on WhatsApp), we ask for a mobile number for the booking and say:

"We'll text this number from our business number, (844) 415-7550, about your booking: a confirmation with a link to check your event dates, venue and timings, and messages about this booking such as your invoice. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to stop, or HELP for help. Is that OK?"

Only after they say yes do we save the number on their booking in our scheduling app. The first text names us and says how to stop:

"Madhuram Decors & Events: Hi Priya, your booking with us is confirmed: Baby Shower on Sat, Nov 14. Please review your event dates, venue and timings, fill in anything missing, and tick to confirm they are correct: https://madhuram-app.vercel.app/#/c (phone 469-555-0100, code 4821). You can leave us notes there too. Reply STOP to opt out."

Help team members

When someone joins our event help team, the business owner reads them this before taking their number:

"We'll text you from our business number, (844) 415-7550, when you're scheduled for an event, with the date, time and address, and a reminder the day before. Usually 1 to 10 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to stop, or HELP for help. Is it OK to send you these texts?"

Only after they say yes, the owner adds them in our scheduling app and ticks "They agreed to get scheduling texts from (844) 415-7550". The app records the date, and nobody gets texts without it. Their first text says:

"Madhuram Decors & Events: you're on our help team texts for event scheduling. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

Stopping

Anyone can reply STOP at any time and they won't receive more texts; START turns them back on and HELP gets our contact details. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
